• Retail এবং Wholesale ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য আলাদা লগইন সিস্টেম রয়েছে; উভয়ের জন্য পণ্যের মূল্য ভিন্নভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

• ব্যবহারকারী তার একাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড ও তথ্য গোপন রাখার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ।

Each customer must create an account to purchase or sell on Choshmabazar.com.
There are separate login systems for Retail and Wholesale users with different price views.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

3. Product Information | পণ্য সম্পর্কিত তথ্য

We collect products from verified local importers and offer both retail and wholesale sales through our website.
While we try our best to ensure all product details are accurate, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

আমরা যাচাই করা স্থানীয় ইম্পোর্টারদের থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করি এবং ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে খুচরা ও পাইকারি বিক্রয় করি।
পণ্যের রং, সাইজ বা ডিজাইনে সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।

4. Orders & Confirmation | অর্ডার ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

• All orders must be placed through the website.

• In case a customer faces difficulty, our representative may help place the order via phone but it will still be submitted through the website.

• Each order will be verified by our representative within 24 hours of placement.

সব অর্ডার ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে প্লেস করতে হবে।
গ্রাহক বুঝতে না পারলে প্রতিনিধি ফোনে সাহায্য করতে পারেন, তবে অর্ডার ওয়েবসাইটেই সাবমিট হবে।

5. Delivery Policy | ডেলিভারি নীতি

We deliver across Bangladesh through third-party courier services where available.
Delivery time may vary based on location and product type.

আমরা সারাদেশে তৃতীয় পক্ষীয় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দিই।
ডেলিভারি সময় এলাকা ও পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

6. Payment Policy | পেমেন্ট নীতি

Accepted payment methods include Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer.
In some cases, advance delivery charge may be required.

গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম হলো বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার।
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম নেওয়া হতে পারে।

7. Return & Refund Policy | রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

Please check your product at the time of delivery.
If the product color, size, or lens power is incorrect or the product is damaged/defective, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.
If verified, a full replacement will be provided without extra cost.

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা করে নিন।
যদি রঙ, সাইজ বা পাওয়ার ভুল হয় অথবা পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছেই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
যদি তা যাচাই হয়ে যায়, আমরা সম্পূর্ণ রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেবো, অতিরিক্ত কুরিয়ার খরচ লাগবে না।

8. Cancellation Policy | অর্ডার বাতিল

Orders can be canceled before courier confirmation.
If the order is canceled after courier confirmation, the customer must pay the delivery charge.

কুরিয়ার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।
কুরিয়ার কনফার্মের পর বাতিল করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

9. Limitation of Liability | দায়সীমা

Choshmabazar.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, courier delays, or external service issues.

পণ্য ব্যবহারের ভুল, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, বা বাহ্যিক সেবা জনিত ক্ষতির জন্য Choshmabazar.com দায়ী থাকবে না।
